I am looking to buy some creatine, but was looking ideally to be able to find some within a whey protein powder just for convenience.
Would any body know if this is possible? If so, could you provide me with a good example?
Also, let me know if you think a separate creatine powder would be more effective.
Thanks.

Is there any creatine which comes as part of a whey protein package?

Body Fortress is also sold through Target. I alsmost shat a brick when I saw it there. I thought Body Fortress was a WalMart specific Brand.
Body Fortress is made in the USA...and you may be able to find it in the UK...I dunno.
Go to their website...and if you find it in a store, make sure it is the Super Advanced Whey Protein...that is the one with the Glutamine, Taurine, BCAAs, and the Creatine...plus more good stuff as well.

Here are their distributors:

Separate creatine probably won't be any more effective. But it does allow you to tailor the dose to your liking so theroretically it could produce better results. Also with the BF product you really don't know the amount of creatine in it so to get 12g of creatine you might need 4 scoops. Or perhaps you only want 5 g of creatine in which case you might only be able to use it twice per day.
It's usually best to avoid all-in-one products unless they list specific amounts of each ingredient. Otherwise you don't know if the amount is sufficient or even overkill.Yes, there is indeed a deeper component to it all.
