Rudy Giuliani and 10 others pleaded not guilty in an Arizona court Tuesday to charges of allegedly conspiring to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.
The former New York mayor was also ordered to post a $10,000 bond after he ducked efforts by the state to serve him with a summons over the past week.
Giuliani was served Friday in Palm Beach, Florida, at his 80th birthday bash held by a GOP operative. Arizona prosecutors spent weeks trying to track down Giuliani and eventually found him based on some of his podcasts.
A grand jury in Arizona handed up indictments last month charging over a dozen Donald Trump allies for their efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss, including the fake electors and several individuals connected to his campaign.
Giuliani was joined by 10 other defendants entering their not-guilty pleas Tuesday. Four of those appeared virtually and six in person. The list includes: Christina Bobb, a Trump ally who now serves as the Republican National Committee’s top lawyer for “election integrity”; former Trump campaign aide Mike Roman; and former Arizona Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward.
Ex-Trump lawyer John Eastman pleaded not guilty last week.
Six others, including former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, former Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn and former Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis are scheduled to appear next month.
While Trump is not among those charged in Arizona, the details in the indictment suggest he is “Unindicted Coconspirator 1.”
Lock all of them up.
And LOL at Giuliani getting served 30 minutes after bragging about not getting served at his 80th birthday party. You can't make this chit up.

When Trump wins again later this year, I wonder how long it will take RapeyPat to have another mental breakdown and go into self-imposed exile.

How many years did Trumpers say the Trump train couldn't be derailed? How's that second term going?..
How many years did Trumpers ask if he was locked up yet? How many indictments does he have now?.. How many court cases has he won?.. How many millions has he had to borrow to appeal his court case losses?...
This chit's too easy.
Russian collusion was proven 100%. Trump Tower meeting alone proved that. Then there was Russia if you're listening... and the Russian wiki leaks release on Hillary's emails... and on and on and on.

“Rep. Liz Cheney, the former chair of the House Republican Conference, stated on February 23: "The president and many around him pushed this idea that the election had been stolen. And that is a dangerous claim. It wasn't true," she said. "There were over 60 court cases where judges, including judges appointed by President Trump and other Republican presidents, looked at the evidence in many cases and said there is not widespread fraud."

But that’s all a conspiracy because Trump said so. And you wonder why so many people call it a cult and him a threat to our democracy?

Not a fan of Rudy, never after his rude dismissal of Ron Paul during one of the debates, probably back in 2007ish. I forget the thing, but it was probably when they all laughed at him for eventually being right about his foreign policy. Probably wanting to leave Afganistan.
However, while Rudy pleads Not Guilty, OP pleads Guilty of being a retard. Retard alert.
Was it this? All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

The special counsel found that Russia did interfere with the election, but “did not find that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in these efforts, despite multiple efforts from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.”USMC 0311

A 15 minute meeting is a pretty low bar for collusion lol. I worked for a guy for 6 years and spent every work day of my life with him during those 6 years. He copped a conspiracy to defraud the US charge and a bunch of people went to federal prison. I didn't. Thank God 15 minute meetings was not the standard of justice.

Have we ever had a sitting president call Russians into the Oval Office and keep the US media out?
Oh and then give them US Intel?...
President Trump revealed "highly classified information" to two top Russian officials during a controversial Oval Office meeting last week, according to a report from The Washington Post.
The Post, citing current and former U.S. officials, reported Monday evening that the information relayed by the president to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak "jeopardized a critical source of intelligence" on ISIS:
"The partner had not given the United States permission to share the material with Russia, and officials said Trump's decision to do so endangers cooperation from an ally that has access to the inner workings of the Islamic State. After Trump's meeting, senior White House officials took steps to contain the damage, placing calls to the CIA and the National Security Agency.
" 'This is code-word information,' said a U.S. official familiar with the matter, using terminology that refers to one of the highest classification levels used by American spy agencies. Trump 'revealed more information to the Russian ambassador than we have shared with our own allies.' "
Trump also reportedly boasted to the Russians about the intelligence he was receiving, telling the two men, "I get great intel. I have people brief me on great intel every day":
"Trump went on to discuss aspects of the threat that the United States learned only through the espionage capabilities of a key partner. He did not reveal the specific intelligence-gathering method, but he described how the Islamic State was pursuing elements of a specific plot and how much harm such an attack could cause under varying circumstances. Most alarmingly, officials said, Trump revealed the city in the Islamic State's territory where the U.S. intelligence partner detected the threat.
"The Washington Post is withholding most plot details, including the name of the city, at the urging of officials who warned that revealing them would jeopardize important intelligence capabilities."
Greg Miller, one of The Post reporters who broke the story, told NPR's Ari Shapiro on All Things Considered that by sharing the information from another country, it could damage future intelligence gathering and U.S. relations with other partners.
"This is not intelligence that the United States gathered or owned. It wasn't up to the United States to share, and so doing so really jeopardizes that relationship. It potentially damages trust that's critical in these kinds of arrangements. And I think that's one of the really big worries here," Miller told NPR. "And in this case it's important, because this is apparently an ongoing stream of intelligence into Islamic State plotting. I mean, what could be more important?"

It is. It's how leftists wear people down. They keep peddling fake news knowing it's fake and forcing people to correct the record. They keep repeating this knowing some people will fall for it. This is why lefties are so dangerous. The old school democrats really don't exist anymore. That party has been co-opted by actual fascist, propagandist, lefties.
When the record is corrected, lefties will not respond/ignore the corrected record. They just move on to spewing more baseless rhetoric.Sweet dreams, Bunny crew - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166681061&highlight=sweet+dreams+bunny

First of all 2012 called and they want their politics back. To answer your question....yes US Presidents talk to other heads of state in meetings and on phone calls without the media present on a daily basis. It's laughable you think the media should and would be included in every conversation between a President and another head of state. I mean that is an outrageously absurd notion.

NPR. Lol.
That's almost as embarrassing as when you admitted to thinking Rachel Maddow is legitimate news.
Psst - when it's your political party that was caught red-handed colluding with social media to censor and silence dissenting views while also trying and imprison their top political opponent on "charges" that even ardent Democrats admit are a complete nothingburger, it does make you the fascists. It's the literal definition of the word."At the core of liberalism is the spoiled child - miserable, as all spoiled children are, unsatisfied,
demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic and useless. Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats."
