Just look at that beautiful product labeling... white is a great look (yellow/green top shaker is mine, has some of the preworkout in there). Ignore my books and messy room
Thank you to Muscle Elements for hooking me up not only with the amino pm, but with some great tasting pre workout, aminos, shaker, and protein as well! I have not had over 150mg of caffeine in a long time... and just downed a packet of the cherry limeade... really good tasting. Ill probably be up forever, but I have to do some work anyway so hopefully it helps there haha. Ive been using pill preworkouts lately and I have forgotten how much I enjoy powder ones.
I am super excited to try this amino PM out. Has a solid label and I am ready for some good quality sleep. I will be starting out with one scoop.. I see 1.5mg of melatonin per scoop and I think thats a really nice dosage for some good quality sleep and not feeling groggy in the AM.
I am off to the gym now to train (myself then a client of mine).

Short workout. Little tight; havent really been mobilizing the past 2 weeks... Stuff with the car and work is killing me. So today was all about working on technical form and getting a good burn with higher reps. The pre workout was insane... I miss my high stims. May be paying for that later tonight

Very good workout. Again nothing too impressive, just was looking to get in some good movement maintenance. Felt very good all day, no crash or headache. Real test will be during the week, if I dont get good enough quality sleep, I get these very stressful headaches. Lets see how this can help!

Thank you for logging this. How did you like the PreCre XS? Like you I am somewhat stim sensitive but actually enjoy PreCre XS, tons of energy and dont feel like I am having a heart attack....
Although our sleep aid is natural you still want your body to try and regulate itself occassionally. When mixing it, add it to water and not vice-versa.....

flavoring and energy on the pre was amazing. Nothing bad about that.
Will do some cycling with it and figure out the nights I will use it/wont use it
The first trial I mixed it in water and tried to spoon stir it.. Eventually it all will dissolve, but you need to put some power behind your stir if you are not going to use a shaker. Taste is not bad, but something I wouldnt sit down and sip casually to enjoy. I usually down it and then hit the bed. Again, its not spit the liquid out bad, its just not mind blowingly amazing.
Some da*n good effects thoughPersonal Journal (ISSA-SSC, AFAA-CGFI, SPT)

side note on the flavoring. Its still pretty good until that last bit... the grit on the bottom is a rough point. If you add a little extra water at the end to down the rest of it then that works very wellPersonal Journal (ISSA-SSC, AFAA-CGFI, SPT)

time slept is wonderful. I used to wake up a couple times a night, but now i will either wake up once or not at all. I mean this is only my 4th time with it so we will see how the results pan out... but so far im sleeping like a rock
night 4

total time asleep - 6 hours
10:55PM bedtime
5:11AM wake up

not bad, training heavy has come to a halt due to decreased mobility so working on that before I work up... just a tedious process
Yes I am. I got the surge a couple months back and I love it. It is really good to see how many steps and activity I get during my dayPersonal Journal (ISSA-SSC, AFAA-CGFI, SPT)

the last week was so hectic that I needed an alarm. But less stress in my life will make me wake up on my own. Some days I have to be at the gym at 530AM to train cleints so that requires a 445AM wake up schedule... those times I need an alarm haha I havent used the amino PM in a couple days. I knew I wasnt going to get much sleep so I didnt want to half a** it and give a review on that. Will be starting back up
