I am 5'5". I am curious to know what the RANGE (not exact) of body fat percentage would be ideal for competing in NPC and IFBB shows for the Bikini division? I am trying to lock down specific goals for myself and it's hard finding this kind of answer. Actually, I've been trying to find other girls around my height to see what their weight/body fat is and I'm having a hard time tracking down that info....
any advice would be extremely appreciated! thanks!

Honestly I would just look at all the picture results from the various NPC and IFBB shows and look at the girls that are winning, and maybe the girls not placing so well... and try to see what the difference is. Then aim your physique at the closest you can come to the look the girls have that are placing well. Not very helpful advice, but going off of progress photos and the mirror is typically more helpful then just going by the numbers/percentages/etc. Getting a contest prep coach who's been there and done that would also be quite helpful. I know the girls im friends with that do bikini typically have a coach to help with their prep, their stage presence/t-walk/etc.

Women vary greatly in terms of bodyfat. They also run higher than men. Go by the mirror.
