I had 3 lbs of extra lean ground beef yesterday stir fried with veggies and curry sauce and a bunch of oven baked french fries. Hit 3k and close to 400g of brotein. I go hard in the motha ****in paint!
Also since I got those stickies my youtube channel is exploding. I'm turning a profit, but my inboxes are being hammered both here and on youtube and I've had to start not accepting every friend request I get on ********. Need to make an ICF ******** page.

Definitely should make a separate FB account for the fans. It's crazy how fast you respond to my bothersome messages considering how many you get. Don't you feel special!
Patience, dedication, drive.

Haha well ******** stays open on my computer 24/7 as my family all contact me through it... which is why I am having to cut off some of the subscribers joining and flooding it also. Nut Misc peeps are fine though. Yeah I'll get a FB page going this month. I literally got 50 PMs on bb.com yesterday though.

I've editing footage of me doing work sets on them and just can't seem to get that video on that sorted how I want it.... it is on my to-do list though. I hit 345x5 on them about a week ago.
Well I get hungry doing that and am still knocking down veggies and diet soda to help.... bottomless pit. LoL

But srs, do you not list your workouts as of late? I haven't had much chance to watch your YT vids but I know you are a proponent of some sort of 5x5, correct?Team HALEO™ Rep

I am a big fan of 5x5s for hypertrophy. I'm personally doing a pretty complex undulating rep and progression setup rather than 5x5. Full body MWF. I alternate power days with hypertrophy days. Power days I just ran up to max singles and doubles, then reset the weight and increased volume, will gradually increase weight and reduce volume on them and build back up to ME, with high volume accessory work at the end (things like 10x3 pendlay rows & floor presses with chains)... hypertrophy days are high volume, chosing compound movements that yield the most growth for target muscles, staying in the 6-8 rep range atm and either adding reps or sets if staying with one weight or increasing weight every session on those.
Just not in the mood to log after months of logging everything I did for the contest. LoL
My youtube channel is going great now that I have it started... over 500 subscribers, and my inbox here and on youtube stay full with questions.

Trying to spread your videos as much as I can since a lot of people from my uni/gym/ ask about training and diet.
Most of them are like WTF when they hear about full body training.

Awesome. My channel is exploding so the stickies, you guys spreading them, me spreading them is paying off. My inboxes everywhere are filling up... I wonder how the Hodge Twins manage the 10,000 messages they must get a day. LoL
It is weird that full body is almost unheard of now in some circles when in the 50's and 60's it was the only thing used by the bodybuilding champions.

Hey Jason.
Was just curious if you're planning on keeping up the log on here? or if you're going to be focusing on your channel on YT. I always liked lurking ITT, but (as I'm sure you could tell from my response vids). Find that
most, if not all of your videos to be extremely informative and ones that I can actually understand. Either way, keep doing what you're doing and I'll be following. Have a good one.
Big E.

I may at some point start logging again, but my routines are pretty boring doing full body 3x a week.... one of my this week was this and it just looks too boring to log:
Box squat with chains
5x3
Bench Press
4x2
6x3 (pause reps)
Pendlay Row
10x3
Floor press with chains
10x2-3
GHR
5x5
Push Press 3x3
Arm, delt and ab isos.
A bit more focused on my videos and trying to answer questions right now. LoL

Too damned busy with youtube. LoL You would be shocked how many questions I get in an average day and particulary making a daily video. The bank funds aren't bad at this point. It is a nice part time job and it makes a lot more than I thought I would be by new year to be fair. Not pulling those Jenna Marbles 1 million a month paychecks but it is decent enough.
