Did you just start working out again? Mire'n your numbers bro.
Have you tried lowering the bar on your back? I find that it helps to have it lower thus not causing those marks.I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :

Thursday - Day 18:
Morning:
4 pills of Free Test
* Finally had a free day (Book's still sold out so none of that promo, no kiddo today, no work, no gym, schools done, etc) so I made it back to the VA to check up on my shoulder. The good news is that my spine is fine, but my shoulder injury seems pretty severe (more than I had thought). Apparently not only does my doctor think I tore ligament or ligaments/torn rotator AND have a pinched nerve too, but I've also got a separation in my shoulder joint, arthritis in it and an atrophied right trap (from x-ray). Whenever I get my MRI should be exciting. No, this won't interfere with my workouts. I've lifted through it the past year, I'll continue to until I'm made to stop for surgery.
Anyway, it also put me home at 330 and hadnt eaten at all yet :/ Made a quick, easy lunch since I've got a really nice dinner tonight.
Lunch:
Buffalo chicken and rice
Dinner:
A filet from a really nice restaurant and whatever else. Have only eaten the buff chicken & rice and a sugar free vanilla iced coffee from McDs, so plenty of calorie room to enjoy myself.

I know you dont want anyones opinion on this but have you ever thought maybe it was a minor injury and by lifting through it, it did all this more severe damage? You kinda have to look at the other angles too, while you may be able to lift through the pain what happens when it gives out during OH Press or Bench and you drop that weight on your face. My 2 cents is that kind of mindset is playing with fire and really since this is a hobby to you, not something that is worth jeopardizing more than a few missed months in the gym.

Monday - Day 22:
Morning:

(Rode bike in today, turned out to be a terrible ****ing decision. 30 mph winds against me on the ride home on jelly legs. MISERABLE)
Squats 5x5 (245, 265, 275, 285, 295)
Deads 5x5 (245, 265, 275, 295, 315 <----had to adjust grip on last set after reps 2 and 4)
OH Press 5x5 (95, 105, 115, 125, 135)
Chins 5x5 (BW +45, 45, 55, 65, 75 <----felt significantly easier, had awesome form and let myself hang and reset for a sec between reps)
Straight bar curls 3x10 (60, 70, 80)
Donkey Calf Raises 3x10
Tri pushdowns 3x10
Cable chest flies 3x10
One set of 51 declined situps
* Aminos throughout. Then biked home and hated life
