I dont count i just eat as much as possible probably 5k and up
I dont go in w a set plan but usually
semi wide pull-ups
bb rows
lat pulldowns
cable rows
sometimes i switch it up and do wide cable rows
everything is w good mind/muscle connection, just do as many sets as feels good, usually 3-5
i work my traps a lot on my shoulder days
when i do my rows i squeeze my shoulder blades together really hard lately that seems to work well.
