Got my neck adjusted last night. Told my chiropractor about my squats. How I'm having a hard time with the bounce/speed and haven't really been able to hit more than 80. She told me I was scared of hurting my back again. ****.

Nice! I try to avoid the foam roller and stick to only the ball. Love it. Back and ribs are good but now my C1 is out. And that has been a bitch!!! I have a meet next weekend so we'll see.
