Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

Just do it.
Will your pipe-laying frequency increase? Probably not, but it probably won't be hindered.
But not having to worry about helmet/hat-hair, nappy-hair, sh*t like gel and mousse, well, is awesome.
And it will grow back soon enough, if you let it. Hippie.

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Thanks, guys. The place is said to be pretty... bat**** crazy with an unconventional interview style but fun. I have heard interesting things about them.
Anyway, a phone interview today followed by a trip out to Connecticut next week. Should be epic.

The difference between 0% cottage cheese and my newly found love of 1% cottage cheese is just unfathomable. Hell the macros are almost identical.

I'm worrying so much lately that I don't have much LBM. I don't really want to go below 210lbs because of football, but I'm worrying I'm just going to look bad at that weight. Don't get me wrong, I know it will be a big improvement from when I was 280lbs but I don't want to make all that progress and still look bad. Don't know what to do I guess for now, just keep pushing for 210lbs and cross that bridge when I come to it.

Honestly, I thought I would look bad at a lower weight, and got there, and realized that I still hadn't gotten to my goal. So, I kept going until I reached a point where I had little muscle mass, and started a lean bulk. I am glad I did, and I am glad I did not bulk earlier (as tempted as I was).
I do not know how your body is, but the first things to go were the outline of any abs that I had, and I have started packing on some fat around my midsection and lower back. I'd imagine it would be much worse if I'd started my bulk earlier. Even so, I feel that I should have lost some more weight before starting this bulk.
But then, I come from a place where I'm fat-phobic, so I'd rather be a little skinny than fat. YMMV.

Went to the store last night, fresh boneless/skinless chicken breasts $2.99 a pound....but buy one get one free, so ~$1.50 a pound. Score!!
I would like to thank whatever former confederate state that made this possible, cause local chicken breasts runs more like $6-7, and here's hoping that they were injected with extra sterons.

Mmmmmm chicken...
Calories: 690, Fat: 28g, Carbs: 17g, Protein: 92g
Put some chili powder on the broccoli, drizzled w/ olive oil and tossed in garlic and sea salt, topped with cheddar cheese...good as hell. Chicken is seasoned with an italian marinade. Eating 180g of protein has been a struggle so far though. Also, not meeting calories most days . No appetite.
