Good to hear you're lifting again. I know that bloated feeling. I've been eating so much the past month that I know I'm overdoing it with the 'I'm bulking' excuse. I'm actualy up 10lbs since mid Sept so I know its half fat, and the fact that I lost a lot of definition already. But, I love the strength gains I'm getting from it though!

Still not sure if I should cut at my orginal goal of 200 lb (198 now) or keep bulking trhough the holidays. Cutting during thanksgiving, x mas, 3 family birthdays, and the spring festival/chinese new year would suck. But I am also sick of being bloated and fat. Abs only barely show up when pumped.

Shiztz! Been rough on me. Its been 1 month of no lifting. still trying to work my marriage out. WorkIng on an exit strategy. Sorry about the O brahs. I still got my credit from Alaska airline,That i have ti use soon. Thinking about hitting up Evo in SD.

FFFUUUU......
For the past couple months, I started hitting squats and stretching hard again since I had no more more pain in the gracilis taht was torn before, and the doc said it was ok to really stretch again. Though the doc did tell me that he didn't think it would ever regain the flexibility since it healed shorter and also would be a weak spot in the muscle cause of all the scar tissue there.
I was making alot of progress and gained alot of the lost flexibility back in the past 2 months. And today, after squats and while stretching, I felt a strain in that exact spot again. And to make it worse, when I felt that strain, I reacted and jerked my upper body slightly and felt a slight tweak in the lower back which used to always give me trouble too.My vids
