Eh...I'm not too worried about it. It takes a lot more than that to rustle my jimmies. I just saved it because I thought it was funny.
Haha...gossip seems to fly quickly through that place. I didn't expect to have anyone talking about me. It was 405x5x5, not sets of 10...and I was setting the bar down as gently as I could without doing a slow negative. That's just the way 500ish sounds when you set it down. Hell, it makes a lot of noise when people just walk across the floor.
Good question. I'd PM him to ask, but I think that might cross the line toward harassment on my end.

I'm having manlet issues with it but hope they'll resolve themselves once my body adjusts to the form. The thing is either too out in front on my chest or balanced delicately on my throat. I prefer the latter but I'm afraid of blacking out unracking. I feel dwarfed by it but strangely comfortable. Can't wait to see where three weeks can take me given I've only ever pressed a log twice before.

Unless you have the tricep power of the gods, you have to stay upright with it to get any leg drive to transfer into the log. Just remember elbows high and tight into the body, dip, then explode until lock out.
Log press is one lift that really just drains me like nothing else other than maybe super heavy yoke walking.★cVc★
