Great products
*********s NitroWhey Extreme or NytroWhey Extreme for Hardgainers is unreal. I use either of those before and after a workout, and Musclemilk about 1 hour before going to bed, as is contains micellar casein, and whey Isolate and concentrate for a one, two, three punch of fast acting protein and slow acting protein. I also use Cytodynes Z-Mass PM and stack it with 750mg of tribulus, when I dont use the muscle milk at night, as I believe it contains calcium, and calcium renders the ZMA ineffective. I use the tribulus regardless if I take the ZMA. When taking the ZMA I take about 5mg of glutamine in water, about 1 hr before the ZMA, as it has a good anti catabolic effect. I also use a multivitamin, and take 500mg of additional vitamin C 3 times a day. I use Thermadrol as a fat burner I've had good results with these products so far. My body weight is going up and my fat is going away. I'm a fairly lean 6ft 223lbs and not looking to get bigger than 230lbs.

N-Large II
I have to recommend N-Large II. I've been lifting on and off over the past 3yrs and my peak weight was 150lbs at 6'1 with 11.5" biceps, gee, can we say skinny??? Recently a Gold's Gym opened in my area and I immediately joined and decided to get serious. I started on Jan. 16 2006 and weighed in at 145lbs. With just the N-Large II and a good diet (which consisted of 3000 calories and 200-220g of protein a day), I hit 168lbs as of March 16. I began adding in other supplements and am currently taking N-Large II, Nitrix, NO Xplode, and Cell Mass and my weight varies between 172lbs and 174lbs and my biceps are slightly over 14". In three months I've gone from being called "Sticks" (my nickname on my HS Football Team), to having people come up and comment on how much more built I've become. Did I gain some fat? Of course, but nothing I can't deal with. What the label says is one thing, experience is another.

I use 4 ever fit fruit blast, chocolate flavour, lots of protein per scoop and tastes pretty decent (just finished off a 6 lb tub of tropical mango, got sick of it near the end) The chocolate tastes almost like chocolate milk (really darn close, very manageable). http://www.4everhealth.com/mrp.htm

Muscle Milk is crap for goons who dont know about nutrition. Its got 350 Calories and 18 grams of fat per serving. 8 Grams of saturated fat. Thats as much as a whole Hersheys bar. Just 32 Grams of protein for all that??? Might as well get a can of tuna, youll do better than that crap n save money.

GNC Mega man
Hi All,
I've been wondering. I''m using gnc mega man for about 6 six weeks now, but it seems, alltough I'm training like hell, I do NOT loose any weight. I thought that gnc megaman only is a vitamin supplement and not some energiser or mussle builder. Am I wrong? For example, I train 4 times a week muay thai kickboxing en ine time I run 7 miles and I still weigh 270 pounds....
Should I stay off the megaman? The weight I feel best by is around 220 pounds.

Here is one article that says a certain amount of saturated fat is good for you. I could post hundreds of others that back it up, and you could find hundreds that would refute it. Bottom line, there isn't any reason to call people who use Muscle Milk goons.

not necessarily true. the quality of the protein and the different kinds of protein are important as to how they are absorbed. I wouldnt waste money on some wal mart brand protein or anything like that. ON Whey appears to have the best bang for your buck, but I like Nitro Tech. If it aint broke, dont fix it, so thats what im sticking with
Current Supplements:
EAS CytoVol Creatine
BSN Nitrix
MuscleTech Leukic
Optimum ZMA
MuscleTech NitroTech
GNC Mega Man Sport Multi-Vitamin
Lots of food, and lots of rest!
Current Weight: 191 Goal: 210
Current Bench: (1RM) 255 Goal: It was 250, so 300?

AST's VP2 is the only protein worth using. It's
- the only 100% hydrolyzed peptide isolate
- contains 'bio active' peptide ioslates
- contains 23.5g of protein per scoop
- 0.5g fat
- less than 0.5g sugar
- Glutamine enchanced
It's scientifically proven to increase mass more than 615% than other proteins, and increases Type 2 fibres by 543%.
I'm not invovled with AST in any way, other than buying there products. I've been using it for around 6 months, for the odd time i'd train, but lately ive been training properly and im using it with NY-Tro and Muscle XGF and you see results every week. I've been using it properly for a week nearly, and already ive put on about 2-3 pounds.
There's so many companies out there that talk complete bull****, they try and pack as much key words into there products to sound great, but they are absolutely useless.
Generally im skeptical about companies in this business, but i came across AST through there website and read there research and Q&A for around a year before trying theyre products. I suggest you take a look at there website if your wanting to learn anything about exercise science.

Out of the proteins I've used, I got the best from Tropicana Ultra Heavyweight Protein
I'm currently on Weider's Muscle Builder and was on it before my 3 month hiatus from weight lifting. It seems to be ok, but nothing special.
I've also used Amino Research LeanMass Protein
but it was crap.
Next will be getting Dorian Yate's ProPeptide.- NOTICE: Not all posts represent my own opinion. I enjoy playing devil's advocate.
