Yeah I'll be training them twice a week high volume while training everything else once a week.
Thanks man! When I was bulking, I thought I was getting really muscular. Then I looked at my pics and raged at how fat I got lol. Decided to cut because I really unhappy with myself, like almost depressed. This cut really helped me out and i'm happy I put the effort in. Thanks for the support man!

Amazing job!!
How many calories were you eating on the cut? What's your maintenance?
I can't believe that was only 2 months, 20 pounds in 2 months? I usually lose 8 pounds at most in 2 months
Did the girls notice how your face improved too? Damn that's the reason I'd never fat bulk, I can't stand my face changing so much, losing expressivity and attractiveness

gj Ima do a 1 month cut soon. I'll try post pics. I'm starting off leaner than you so I think 1 month is fine. Ima run ECY for about 2 weeks, maybe more if I feel good,.

Haha YES!
lifts:
195 Bench to 185
290 Squat to 270
345 Deadlift to 315
Keep in mind though, I care more about aesthetics than strength.
Thanks brah. I was eating 1600 calories on this cut, maintenance being around 3,000 calories give or take a hundred. The fat face really bothered me, and everyone noticed my results rather quickly into my cut. IMO, cutting 21 lbs in 2 months was totally worth it. Painful and mind blowing- hell yes. But the satisfaction was so great it didn't matter lol. Btw, I honestly think bulking as much as I did helped me out in terms of muscle gain.
Thanks, and do what you feel you have to do. Definitley post pics when you finish, we're all behind you man
Thanks dude!
Diet: 1600 calories, 210 g PRO/120 g carb/30 g fat roughly.
Yeah, rotator cuff injury a few months ago in April. Why?
Haha I felt the same way on my bulk, and thanks!
Thanks for the comment. I actually didn't do any cardio, and took in about 1600 calories a day.
