    Starting Strenght or Upper/Lower?

    i have been working out for about 2.5 months, i am wondering if starting strenght or a upper/lower split would be best for me?
    My goal is to gain muslce..

    aware me brahs?

    go with the most aggressive routine first. If you can't handle it, then you switch to something with a slower progression.
    So start with SS. I can't imagine that after 2 months you couldn't handle it.

    Until now i have been stupid enough to use a 4day split... I know now that a 4day split isnt near optimal for a Natural or beginner, and certantly not both
