I like to lift Sunday evenings (gives me a chance to recover and get some energy from the weekend fun ) as it's nice to get the week started off on a great note. As for the cutting and strength, I don't really know the feel fortunately - started with 5/3/1 in January and was on a slow as hell cut lulz (I think netted about 20 lbs loss over 8 months) so I was able to maintain/increase on some lifts.

Now I've been eating like a pig and am hoping the lifts continue (though the back gave me a scare Friday lulz).

If things go well I should be down for some good ole ****gy tiem next weekend. HOPEFULLY things will have slowed down a tad.
