They're solid belts, 10mm is fine for your needs, the biggest decision for you would be whether to go lever or prong.

1. I am busy as hell during the day and have no time to sit down and really enjoy a meal. 14 hours at the gym = Sludge for most of my meals.
2. I train in the morning so I liked to be all loaded up on glycogen from the backload the night before. Placebro effect? Probably.

On week 3 of JasonDB's intermediate routine. I've never had so much fun lifting as I have with the Monday/Weds 5x5 days. The Friday/metabolic days however, I feel like I'm dying about 1/3 of the way through. It's the weirdest hate-love-hate relationship ever.
My top sets on Madcow was 4*300 squat and 4*185 bench. Started conservatively with 5*5*255 and 5*5*155 on JasonDB. Already up 15lbs on squats and 10lbs on bench 5*5 with gas in the tank. Is this real life? Guess that fact that I'm finally eating in a surplus might have something to do with it.
