ERGOPUMP BENEFITS:
- Enhanced alertness and energy will assist in a strong mind and body relationship for even the toughest workouts
- Recover quickly with simple carbohydrates and antioxidants, ensuring back-to-back training days will not be hindered
- Stimulates ideal conditions for muscle contractility, reducing evidence of fatigue-related force deficits
- Promotes muscular aerobic and anaerobic capacity for maximal results under any training or competition conditions
- Promotes optimal body composition from enhanced free-fatty acid utilization and glycogen sparing; burn more fat while building muscle

2nd set: 100lbs (7 reps)----45lbs (10 reps)
3rd set: 100lbs (7 reps)----45lbs (8 reps) [Vascularity was way more prominent at this point, all the blood was in the biceps]
4th set: 100lbs (8 reps)----45lbs (10 reps) [super tough set, got through it with intense focus]
Initial rating of the product
Mixability:
9/10
I used about 1 scoop of ERGOPUMP with about a full glass of water. I used a spoon to mix the powder. I gulped down the whole glass as fast as possible. Most of the powder had mixed into the water. There were some tiny red particles and powder that settled to the bottom of the glass. Obviously that's normal, I suck at mixing haha I filled the cup with a bit of water and drank the rest
Flavor:
10/10
Hands down this is one of the best pre-workouts I have tasted, I've been trying different samples of pre-workouts I've gotten from some companies and friends, and this one is one of the best. I enjoy drinking it and I could probably could just eat the powder too!
Energy/Focus:
9/10
First off I usually take piracetam and some nootropics to focus when studying, it's an intense focus in whatever I'm doing. This is a similar feeling I had with this pre-workout! It was like a breath of fresh air again from some sleepless nights from studying. It might be the "N-Methyltyramine" About 20 minutes after taking ERGOPUMP, I was hyped up and motivated to go to the gym. At the gym I kept pushing myself to hit those extra couple of reps. In the end it was an amazing workout with no crash!
Cons for the Initial Testing:
So far nothing, first time taking it. Let's see how long before I hit diminishing returns lol
Wouldn't have mind if it had beta alanine in it though!
Pros for the Initial Testing:
The overall taste of ERGOPUMP is great. Almost candy like
Took it on an empty stomach, no issues what-so-ever
The focus and energy is really potent but nothing over the top, it's mental focus is great as well

Wooo! Finally got a workout in!
This week I've had no sleep, the last three days I've had around 6 hours of sleep! Pretty hectic
Anywaysss...
CHEST/BICEPS!: VOLUME
Incline Machine Press:
4 sets: 285lbs
8 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps , 8 reps (That last one somehow I was able to push through!)
Machine Flat Press:
3 sets :245
(8 reps, 6,8)
Close grip:
2 sets:185lbs
8,8,6
Drop set:
135 lbs
12,12
Machine Flys:
4 sets: 195lbs
12 reps/12 reps/12 reps/ 9 reps (Chest was still pushing strong)
Cable Flys
More focused exercise, so i used a lighter weight
4 sets: 30lbs
12,12,15,12 (last two sets I move the cables from a high level to a mid level)
Dips:
Max amount
4 sets
(15,12,12,10)
BICEPS
(2 exercises again, forearm pumps were too much)
Barbell Curls (super set)----Hammer Curls
1st Set: 100lbs (8 reps)----45lbs (10 reps)
2nd set: 100lbs (8 reps)----45lbs (10 reps)
3rd set: 100lbs (7 reps)----45lbs (10 reps)
4th set: 100lbs (8 reps)----45lbs (10 reps)
Got all the reps out gladly!
Energy/Focus:
9/10
Hands down this was a good workout with ERGOPUMP, had around 5-6 days out the gym and felt lighter but the weight kept going up this week! Oh and I also used the pre workout twice this week to study. Worked out pretty well
Cons :
Still no complaints! All smooth sailing
Pros :
Still loving the flavor, pumps & energy!Last edited by xxsomeone305xx; 10-19-2012 at 10:10 PM.

Last week I only got two workout outs in, and this week I moved on to Layne Norton's Phat!
I got it 3 workouts so far that I'll do in seperate post, Ima also add a nutrition part
(btw I typed two up and the forums gave me an error and I'm retyping it now -.-)

Pulling Power Movement: Bent Over Row (Machine)
3 sets: 3-5 reps
135lbs (single hand machine)

8,7
Rack Chins:
2 sets: 8-10 reps
10,10
Pressing Power Movement: Flat dumbbell presses
3 sets: 3-5 reps
110lbs

Additional Thoughts:
Energy/Focus:
9/10
Last week I only worked out twice because of time restraints and this week strength is still up, It's a quite of bit of volume in his training method from what I've seen but I think I'll be able to get through it. Mentally and physically I was still energized after the workout
Nutrition:
2400 calories
protein:250
carb:200
fats:50
I'm upping the carbs and dropping the calories a bit to see how my body reacts to carbs at my body fat, inb4 I look like Michelin man.
Here's a vid for the lols that my friend makes on youtube, like his ******** page if you like it!
