Good advice on the calories. I did SS but you're supposed to squat 3 times a week which I had trouble doing.

wrong and wrong. Want to gain weigh eat more. You say you can eat a grocery store out of business. Nice analogy, but i guarantee you i would eat you under the table in a day
I myself have what you would call a fast metabolism i guess. I require at least 6000 calories a day to gain muscle. And so far i have put on 35lbs of lbm.
The key to fast metabolism is just eating more. Whether you like it or not you have to eat more

So kind of new to the body building area. I have normally stuck with crossfit things of that nature. In the last 6 months I have been training more towards body building and mass gaining. I started at roughly 187lbs and i am up to 192 with 7% body fat. In these 6 months i have changed up my workouts 3 times, increased my diet, and gotten stronger but I am unable to gain any mass. Any advice?

Need help
I have a really fast metabolism and I'm around 5 months into training and iv had gains but not enough, I train 6 days a week, Chest&Bis Monday, Back and tris Tuesday, Shoulders & Legs & Abs Wednesday and repeated the following days. I listened to how you said I should only be training around 3 days a week so should I split my programme into training the muscles once a week? I'm 16 years old which may be another reason for me not gaining much muscle and my diet is fairly good consisted of salmon, pasta Ect. But I also eat a lot of fatty foods but don't seem to gain any weight. A reply would be helpful thanks

Can someone please help me if they have any knowledge about skinny people help gain weight. I am lazy and I dont want to exercise. Im a 25 6 foot 1 male who weighs 127 pounds. I eat that much that when I was in university I beat one of my best friends who is well over 300 pounds and 6foot6 at a food eating competition by eating 3 large plates of fries and gravey, 3 glases of milk and 3 burgers before he did. I was probably 140 pound back than the most i ever weighed. My last trip to subway i ate 3 foot long subs 2 at the start and a hour later hunger kicked in again and i decided to finish of the last one I had to bring home with me. I want to be fat and I am too lazy to excercise. I know it is probably impossible for me to gain weight but do any one know if there is something I can do like some kind of weight gain miracle pill. It gets really cold where I live also during the winter so a bit of extra fat might help me stay warm.

ecto schemecto.
i dont believe in fast metabolisms or body types.
i was 115 lbs before i started and theres no secret other than eating more.
i consistently eat 5 meals a day and ive done nothing but gain weight and muscle.
its as simple as that.
yeah its may be simple but its not easy but its better than self loathing about how its impossible to gain weight because youre a certain body type or have a fast metabolism. its the same reason fat people use to excuse themselves for being over weight.
