Make sure your roommate is actually asleep when you fap, or else things can get weird.
Edit: nvm, just lock the door."It's not the will to win, but the will to prepare to win that makes the difference."
"Success is sweet: the sweeter if long delayed and attained through manifold struggles and defeats"
"The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack in will"

try and get some impressional posters on your walls. real ****, batman and the like, motivational things. its not your parents basement, no cliche ****. youre bringing women back there.
get about a dozen decent works of classical fiction scattered across the room. you dont have to read any of them, but it will show youre intelligent, read, and can start a conversation by responding with "oh i just started reading it" or "my buddy started reading it, is it any good?"
cultivate the impression that youre an alpha male thinker, moreso than others who obsess about material things.
keep the place clean and tidy, not stinky. you probably cant smell your own room once it starts and is subtle, so air it out often. get some cologne in the air, do your laundry, DO NOT leave any shaker bottles with protein left in it at all laying around. that is the nastiest fuking scent, your room will smell like ass.
get soft lighting, either a lamp or change the bulbs to a lower watt of yellow/red color
get a bottle of single malt and 4 glasses. this is your go-to drink from now on. the drink of the alpha male. make sure its on display also, its not a prop, you drink that.
get some sporting items in there. boxing gloves, hockey sticks, football, baseball bat/ball, rugby ball, soccer ball. it suggests that you are competitive in sports, yet dont give a fuk about it. you do it for yourself

Talk to and be friendly to as many people as possible, as fast as possible.
Connections are EVERYTHINGThe best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny.

It's like something I wrote a couple of days back http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post936631973
Still, glad to see my work is bring plagiarised - means someone must think it has some value. I like the touches he has given to it.
On an additional note regarding if you plagiarise - don't. Citation are the key. It's give credibility to the premise of your arguement. I've you use someone else's words and portray them as your own you'll get caught out, be mocked, tarnish any chance at progressing and worse case get kicked off the course. Citations are the thing which covers it all.
I'd Aldo recommend you source a couple of key bits of music - rather than me lust then here and discover my insights repeated through the voice of another drop me a BB.com msg and I'll list the pieces and explain why.
Not sure if I can be arsed to neg the copier. Rather would like than him. I would recommend he take the same advice though.

Just typing up bits. But shattered. 1hr 30mon HIIT session at gym, work, couple of hours woth son before he went to sleep (his only 16mths), a litre of beer, and full of tuna. If not posted tonight then def tomorrow morning.
Re. the books. Remember - second hand bookstore. Well thumb books looks cooler. Virgin fresh books will tend to ensure you remain virgin fresh as well. New book are contrived. Says you are "faking" it. Plus you can find crazy stuff in second hand books. I once bought a 1976 edition of a Platos 'Symposium' (a brilliant read) which had an letter in it from 1975 sent from someone from Columbia College who was slumming it in Amsterdam. Truly bizarre read. Only two sides long and about how the guy was searching for 'that' girl. No real value but as a conversation piece it afforded a couple of very "generous" encounters.
