lee priest is god love how he's so open about eating ****, it's the only way to get huge and lean don't care what anyone says if you can't get big eating fast food your genetics are gay, and lee just thought i'd let you know your pre workout supplement at the aussie pro in 2010 made me **** myself at the airport i had to run to the toilet with **** dribbling down my leg in shorts was sort of worth it.

. I was curious to what your tanning regime was leading up to your contests. Did you use tanning beds or just tan outside from the sun? Also, if you wouldn't mind answering, at what time would you apply your pro tan or bronzer? Thanks

i try get some natural colour for base then with fake tan i start Weds one coat then rinse next morn ..thurs 2 coats , fri 2 coast etc..just build it up nice and slow .....Originally Posted by Musc1eBound

I would say for a certainty that it was sugar alcoohols, ever bought sugar free sweets from a funfair etc? do not ever buy them, the human body is not designed to assimilate them and some are more sensitive to them than others, i myself had a close call and pretty much destroyed a toilet. just eat the real thing and hit some extra cardio the next day. **** sugar alcohols, i can't believe they put that **** in protein bars.

No don't know the recipies KFC lee it a secret
no when I am bulking I just eat whatever. I normally worry about recipies when dieting to make the **** bland food taste good
