hey guys, just want you all know that prices of chicken are expected to increase 5 percent or maybe double from next week onwards due to prices of feed grains rising from the current drought in the US.

Kashi go lean crunch was 11.99 .....really? $12 for cereal?

yeah that's a bit steep hey. It's good macros but not $12 good macros. If you want cheap fibre, you really can't go past all bran IMO. (goes great in protein sludges too )

Visiting Melbourne for my first time in the first week of October. Locals please aware me on some of your favourite restaurants. I eat pretty much anything and I will be staying at Crown Towers. Can't wait.

Cheers mate. Friday is doable. I don't arrive till Thursday morning so will have to skip the parma unfortunately.
Not Australian but the first thing I am doing is heading to USA FOODS to pick up a case of Dr Pepper Zero for the hotel room. I love dr pepper but 50$ for a case shipped is just too much.
I wonder if I can bring back PB&Co. Somehow I doubt it.

Fellow former US brah? Check out Misty's Diner. So much hnnnnggg...
If you want Dr. Pepper, on the corner of Swanston Street and Little Bourke is an asian supermarket that sells Dr. Pepper, Coke Cherry, etc (all imported from like Thailand or something).
Yet to find Mtn Dew Code Red

Na not US but if they have bbq pulled pork/beef burgers etc im there!. I can get Dr Pepper near me and I love it but as we don't get the zero sugar one here I have to limit myself. USA Foods do cartons for 25$ or something but after shipping its 50$+. Going to take advantage while im there and get myself a carton to drink over my stay.
Ill be sure to check them out before I buy an entire carton.

Best burger I've ever had would be from the Beatbox Burger Kitchen, it's one of those food trucks that does outrageously good food, definitely worth looking them up! They're usually in North Melbourne from about 5:30 around Lygon Street.
Otherwise another good burger place is at Crown, the Rockpool Bar and Grill is where it's to be found!
Head down Chapel Street in Prahran, great eats and shopping for sure.

Anyone who lives/works in an Asian-populated suburb will know dat feel ....
These asian bakeries need to stop smelling so good. Really. The smell of taro, coconut, I can't handle this on a cut. I'm going to start licking the windows soon.

Chop Chop canned chicken and mayo. In a 160 gram big boy container has 250 calories and 35 grams of protein. Eat em straight from the tin, good to go.

This! $1.60 for 270g drained weight of tuna, eat it plain most of the time or use it to top pizzas. Not the best omega profile but you get what you pay for. Buy atleast 4 cans at a time. Not paying $3+/can for tuna ftw
Edit: did not read properly Woolies tuna, not chicken but whatever

Yeah but chop chop is a cool name.
Seriously tho the price is pretty much the same. You'd be talking 30c difference per can.
