::Pins gold star to gym shorts:: Lol gobbz, good for you, you've got oodles of time to hit the gym with your young 26yr old self, deload often, rage often, PR often. lol
Took out a bracket since that was simply too disturbing to see again.
Thanks MaliaBot! I checked those out - they sound like something I'd love, so I bought em with my gift card last night. Would rep but apparently I have to spread the love first.
YEAHHHHH!
Yeah I think my neighbors deemed that day the Horrific Day of Terror and Nudity in a Quiet Strongsville Neighborhood.
Correct! I need to start taking the Ham-Cam to that gym again, kinda afraid one of the trainers would accidentally sit on it though lol.
BOOM - HAM EVERYWHERE!
Not yet EB, I got some poison in my garage, sprays up to 27 feet. I need to suit up again one evening and attack. The front yard is cut though so it looks fine from the street, but I must reclaim the back so I can safely grill!Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

Dat workout motherofgod.jpg Glad that work chaos is settlee and Ham can continue doing what Ham does best, kick the crap outta PR's! I hope you scared the crap out of some LTF employess or members, that would be awesome!
I laughed a little about the story with your parents, mine are in their 60's too, had me a little late in life.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

WOW, so much support in here, thanks you guise! I appreciate everyone following da journey of HAM!
I ate half of a b-day cookie cake the day before, srs, heehee.
Thanks!
No! My insurance will drop me due to excessive injections to the azz lol.
Whatever evil those things were I am suffering today, those stingers are huge too, they're making their way to the surface of my skin (guess they'll fall out eventually?) I row with the rage of 10,000 hams and loling hard at comeback kid story!

My traps have their own traps, semi srs lol.
We need an alarm in the gym that screams that every time someone does something epic!
Yeah come get my rows, I dare ya! I doubt my pullups will get much better, I'm 163ish right now, only gonna go up from there for Winter Ham Bulking Season, can't see pulling out 14 reps at like 175lbs lulz. Gonna be reclaiming my bench press next.
U mirin' brah? Yeah, u mirin'.
Oh I'm a total Ham-Headed idiot there, srs if I lifted at that place every time instead of lifting mostly at home I'd be kicked out. Yeah I get loud, I grunt, I growl, I slam stuff around, (I do use Versas for rows one plate and up) so I get all set, kinda pull back before lift off to get my feet set and shake the whole power rack, and go "GRRRAAAAUUUUHHHHH!!!", lift, and proceed to make horrific faces of bloodthirsty rage and snarl like a pitbull.
Lol for someone who knows me yeah, for strangers not so much, I've caught a few unsettled stares before lol.
Oh I got right up to this one dressed up LTF chick there yesterday who got too close to me and farted on her for the lulz (wasn't feeling great cause I ate all that cake. EDIT: honest to god CAKE, b-day cake my parents brought over.) But I didn't get into anything like a couple months ago when I screamed at that kid to make him pee his little gym shorts haha. I got a picture for you, the two smaller ones are yellow jackets the much bigger one is a japanese hornet. Took the picture for a size comparison, sorry it is so blurry there were several more of each buzzing around me when I took it. Those japanese hornets are not very aggressive, but if you do manage to piss one off and it stings you it is like taking a hit with a hyperdermic needle full of venom. I have lots of each all over the place here and hate to mow my yard cause I know I am gonna get it before I get done.

Lol! Nothing but steak and creatine here, anything else and I'm pretty sure I'd get injured every 5 min. 3pps is coming, 4 will be tough but I think I can get there with a bulk and a lot of work, 5... I will stand atop the leg press and declare myself ruler of the world when that happens!
Do not want! Bee careful EB (ha see what I did there? )
Seriously though my leg, ankle area and also the sting on my quad on my other leg are in pretty bad shape today. I had to work out in 90 degree heat for like 12hrs again today since one of my guys called off (ohhh what perfect timing. ) So between being out in the heat, wearing long pants, not being able to take Benedryl until I got home, and sweating my azz off these things got a little worse. (They did get WAY better after those injections though.) They hurt like no other, and itched really bad today due to the sweating, the one was a bloody mess since I didn't notice right away how hard I was scratching through my pants. Those two in particular are swollen again (took meds when I got home) and feel hot, ugh. The quad one turned into a big, hard lump (haha yeah) and it feels like you could cut out a baseball sized chunk of whatever the hell is in there. I assume the hardness is fluid buildup which is making them hurt because they're so tight. So I'm popping 50g Benedryl a shot, not sure what else I can do at this point, and hoping the swelling goes down tomorrow. I shouldn't have to be at work tomorrow for longer than a couple hours. The quad one is making my knee hurt so I'm thinking I can just do a bench day for the next workout.
And now you must suffer through pics of my zombie bites!

it itches!
