Here are a few pics before and after training for 4 months, I started in october 2005 and this is up to feruary 2006, Im am so far overall happy with my progress, Please take a look and let me know what you think, such as areas of improvment, I havent measured my BF or anything but right now I think im around 13-14%??? does that sound right? Great Thanks guys! I have noticed that I am starting to lean out even more now, so I am going to start eating more....but do it cautiously, because when I started I was nervous about eating too much and gaining too much body fat. Now as I'm learning how my body reacts to training I can make some adjustments and feel confident about them. Thanks again, I really do appreciate the input.

definite shoulder improvement and chest filled out a little more! nice job!
work on your back a lot though, and traps/lats...keep going!NEW GOAL(s):
Regain my strength.
Put on 5 lbs of muscle.
Gain better overall fitness (strength, endurance, muscle)
