I still can't really get the concept.. I've read te stickies. I heard not to use ratios or percentages for macros. I am
160 lbs and I get 160 g of protein,80 g I fat, and I usually don't hit my calories at that point. That's where I get stuck. If I hit those two macros, do I just eat whatever to
Get to my calories? Or is there certain macros to eat? This is pissing me off

at night it seems the trolls come out. I have a feeling Shred will be gone soon. ignore his posts.
The answer to your question is yes. Eat what you want, however try to get fruits and veggies and whole foods for a large portion because you need micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) in order to maintain overall health.

Heheh. Nah, he can't piss me off. I've done my time on these boards getting pissed off at people. Now I'm mostly just amused and chuckling half the time.
He negged me for saying that I like to eat Ice-Cream in the evenings. Apparently I'm getting diabetes.
Considering I forgot to eat carbs today (Lol wut?), I suppose that evens out a few days of Ice-Cream, right? Am I safe?
