just got back from the gym,
so many people doing stupid techniques on the machines and free weights.
I'm no professional but, it doesn't take a genius to tell. Almost felt like going up to them and letting them know, but i don't think they would have appreciated it somehow!
Just curious but how many of you guys see that same thing at your gym?It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

I'm not going to lie, I had a shiitty June. I probably worked out only 10 days in the month. I also started drinking on weekends w/ friends again. I think stress of life really got to me this month and made me lose focus. Sucks, I believe I should be sub 215 lbs by now. My goal at the start of this was to hit 207, I've got to find a way to re-motivate myself quickly if I'm going to hit that goal. Weighed in at 217 lbs this morning.
