Why are you asking? It looks like it could be pretty much any buckled powerlifting belt.
No longer powerlifting. Lifting history:
Competition PR - 210kg/167.5kg/235kg (612.5kg total)
All-time gym PR - 222.5kg/182.5kg/250kg
Recent gym 1RM - 210kg/175kg/250kg
(All lifts are raw - wrist/knee wraps and belt)

It only works with a prong belt. The extra material you have you fold it so it pokes out in a circle. When you are in the bottom position with the log on your legs you pull it on top of your belt then basically all you have to do is stand up and the log just pops off the log onto your chest. Saves a lot of energy.
