My best mate plays oxford blues rugby, the whole team got sponsored by ON so they got the big 4.5 kilo bags for £20 each. I gave him £80 and got 4 of the large bags - for pretty much a whole year the only whey I took was that ON gold standard chocolate flavour.
If I ever drunk it again I think I'd throw up, srs, no idea why people think ON tastes good* shhhh no tears only dreams now crew *

I have the same pain in the rear delt area but now it's affecting all back/shoulder/chest exercises, think it might be the rotator cuff? It's painful to touch the rear delt if that helps at all?

apart from the fat in the almond butter/cocoa dampens out the slin spike... therefore making a pretty lame post wo meal

Myprotein was tested by the guy on Reddit and came out second I think, 90% of what they claim if I remember correctly
