    My best mate plays oxford blues rugby, the whole team got sponsored by ON so they got the big 4.5 kilo bags for £20 each. I gave him £80 and got 4 of the large bags - for pretty much a whole year the only whey I took was that ON gold standard chocolate flavour.

    I have the same pain in the rear delt area but now it's affecting all back/shoulder/chest exercises, think it might be the rotator cuff? It's painful to touch the rear delt if that helps at all?

    Could be total BS but I read somewhere that a way to try and get to sleep faster is to shut your eyes and try your hardest to stay awake. Probably works best if you have nothing else to focus on though, i.e. music/tv.
