Dips are the devil. Tore both rotator cuffs in jiujitsu back before we knew to be careful. I still do them, but just 10 or 15 at a time. I'm all about some chinups though. Started at 0, and up to 4 unassisted. Not bad for a fat kid who's never been able to do one before.
Oh and the running... 1.3 miles. I'm down to 13:45 now in time. Went from 18 minutes to 13:45 in less than two weeks.
I highly recommend Merrell or New Balance Minimus Barefoot running shoes. They feel amazing. Making me want to run again tomorrow night.

While I commend the progress people have made, experience in these comps has taught me that the top three changes most frequently in the last month of the competition as people make a final push and some that were in the whole time suddenly disappear from the forums for the last month with no explanation. I was in the top ten most of the last one, but it was only in the last month that I shot into the top three and finished second due to a sudden drop on my part and people disappearing.

I have a strong feeling my scale is going to read 199.xx for the first time in ~7 years tomorrow morning. Then I'm going to go to Fogo de Chao for dinner and gain 10 lbs in water weight, lol. Damn my company for performing well last month and taking us to dinner!

after having a really good series bowling in my league last night, me and a team mate went to Hooters for a celebration beer and wings. Ate really healthy all day, and that killed it....and i felt it in the AM =X
