Good job on those. Your depth is improving (as Jordan predicted) as you drop weight. Even if you lose a bit on your "top end" numbers you will get it back on what you're taking to good depth. At the end of the day parallel/little high squats only inflate your online and/or SPF total and you don't wanna limit yourself to one fed (using fed somewhat loosely) so I think that the extra flexibility that being all jacked and tan affords is going to pay off in the long run. SMR (that Koyongi dude's husband) experienced something similar when he dropped a couple/few lbs. Good job, I'ma try to rep you but you're generally on Spread.

Hear you on the cardio, sometimes a necessary one but an evil nonetheless. Yeah I think that makes some sense, the only thing I would consider is maybe throwing a single at your training max in once in awhile (maybe 2 or 3 on either the 3 week or the 531 week) just for muscle memory purposes. If you can maintain your numbers and improve your depth while losing weight it is a very successful cut, a successful one is just being at a point where it only takes a couple months to get back up to them only with better depth.

Diet started feeling like it was taking a toll yesterday. Probably for the first time. So I ate 500 extra calories... Specifically a fat PB sandwich and a granola bar. Didn't help much as I started dragging ass by the second exercise this morning. The weird thing is my bench press feels stronger than it ever has as my weight goes down.*

Focus on depth, but I would still go past the required reps. Perhaps reset and attack with focus on depth. Use the first two sets like a practice swing in golf to get your form down, then squat away on number 3.
From my experience, losing weight drops my squat down, but my deadlift goes up more. Just a matter of leverages. I think the only thing you can do is exactly what you say in bold....Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

Strong progress BS. I agree with the rest...I always noticed when I cut weight for a comp that my dead would increase.

Deload Week- Press
Still feeling strong.. Even though it was a Deload I could tell my press might even feel stronger than last week when I hit a PR. So my energy levels might be in the tank but my strength levels are holding for now (on bench and ohp anyway). I feel moderately ok about my form on these. Not sure if I've ever posted my ohp before, but I have people itt who know a good deal about it, so critiques welcome as always.*
Press (Deload w/o the Deload)
45x10

Cable Lateral Raise-
3x10
Face Pulls-

There's def better pizza... But the smell is what was bothering me. I resisted though. Not that I couldn't fit a little pizza in every now and then and stay within my calories... But if I could just eat a 'little pizza' I would never have gotten to 311 lb.
A steak w/o the loaded down baked potato kind of ruins it for me.
If I'm trying to eat right and watch my macros/calories, I'd rather have stuff like bbq chicken/fish and rice or sweet potato etc...

I have had so much damn chicken over the past 5 years that I am pretty much over it. I would say that I eat beef 60%, chicken 20% and turkey 20%. Tacos, steak, burgers, meatloaf....I love them all and not bad for you at all if you buy the right stuff.

This a short week as Thursday we begin our family vacation. So rather than starting a new % cycle, I just figured I'd work up by sets of 3 to see what would happen. I managed a pr. Shoulders felt a little weird throughout the sets, but no pain. In a hurry today to get through the morning routine and get to work to finish up a few things before Thu, so I ss'ed my accessories and skipped the cardio.
45x3
135x3
185x3
225x3

Pretty happy with that. ^
