ugh someone needs to slap me. finding it hard to resume dieting after 2 days eating normally... and today i just broke and ate normally again....
where did that dieting strength go i just had....
stupid oh 1 more day of eating normally wont hurt mentally....

I dont think this is entirely accurate only because ive weighed myself later in the day/ after eating on a diff spring scale whereas i normally weigh in first thing in the mornin at the gym... oh well~Yesterday you said tomorrow~

Well had a bit of a rough weekend starting with being dragged to an alumni event at a nearby bar on Friday and ending with a Sausage Festival going on in my neighborhood. But just got back from a 33 mile bike ride so I'm feeling great about the rest of the week (though I am sore EVERYWHERE, lol)
