Hi, I'm 18 years old and I'm 5'11 tall and 140 pounds. I'm fairly new to working out and I really want to gain mass and muscle.
What are some protein shakes that I should buy prior to workout and after workout?
I want to gain at least 10 pounds of muscle at the end of summer!

i guess I won't be purchasing any protein shake and rely more on food. so im guessing I should eat a variety of:
1 - tuna
2 - peanut butter ( also has healthy fats)
3 - cottage cheese
4 - milk
5 - microwaveable meat
6 - Salmon
7 - turkey/chicken breast
8 - Almonds, Peanuts, Cashews
9 – Eggs
but I don't know how much I should eat and when I should eat on a daily basis. Can anyone help me with this?
