I tried craze about 2 months ago. Craze was great and gave me focus and energy with no crash, but it made my heart race too much. I also gave it to a mate of mine who is a class A drug user and he advised me to not to use it. He said he wouldn't ever use it again.

So he kinda scared me lol.

That's awesome, I still have 1 1/2 tubs left which I will have no issues abusing

Also, why so many shoulder presses? I usually only do one press, maybe 2 at most, but since I feel my shoulder heads get hit enough with chest as well I don't want to overdo (and actually feel I am seeing better results focusing more on the isolation movements)

Hehe, he scared me man. I actually threw my tub in the bin, because otherwise I knew I would be tempted to keep taking it lol.

I'm sure its safe, but I am a big wus!

Normally I only do one as well bro, but I lost a rep last week, so thought I would absolutely kill them today. I think next week I will do a barbell press, dumbell press and then do isolations movements.

^ careful on too many press exercises on a single workout brah. I bet the recovery on those areas would be longer than the usual(1-2 press exercises). I gave up behind-the-head-press when I had Seated Overhead Press and Military Press.

I actually like using the HS Military Press machine as it mimics more closely to behind the neck without the risk

Day 61 - Back and Triceps

    Supps:

Upon waking: 2 caps Bioforge + 2 caps Triazole. Pre-workout: 4 caps X-Factor, 3 caps Anavite and 1 scoop of Hemavol and 2 scoops WF. Inta: Intrabolic mixed with creatine. 1 cap Triazole + 1 cap Bioforge before dinner.

    Workout:

    Deadlifts(kg): 20x15, 50x10, 80x6, 110x6, 140x3, 160x2, 180x1(PR, not the best form to be honest!), 80x12 [Could only do 170kg before]
    Close grip bench(kg): 20x20, 50x10, 70x6, 80x4, 85x2(PR) [Could only do 1 before]
    Wide grip pullups: 8, 8, 8, 6(super wide)
    EZ-bar skull crushers(kg): 27.5x10, 32.5x6, 37.5x5, 37.5x2+2 assisted
    Barbell rows(kg): 60x6, 70x6, 75x6(PR), 80x5(PR) [Crazy.... I was only able to do 70kg before!]
    Larry Scott triceps extensions(kg): 33x6, 38x6, 43x1, 35.5x6
    Seated Low Pulley Row(kg): 62.5x6(PR), 67.5x6(PR), 72.5x6(PR), 77.5x6(PR), 82.5x6(PR) [Normally I just do 10 reps of 48.75kg]
Dips: 15, 15, 12 (Not much resting between sets)

    Conclusion:

What an amazing workout. Massive strength increases in my back!! Mental ****. Absolutely mental........ I think 180kg deadlift is going be my max for a long time though. Form was **** lol.

Have to say though, my triceps are not progressing as they should. In fact they are slightly weaker than before. Any ideas to help me out guys?

    Cheers!

What exercises do you do (aside from skull crushers)? I would focus on dips and skull crushers for strength, or heavy cable pressdowns (vary grip, etc...)

I usually start off with close grip bench, then skull crushers and then cable pushdowns/dips. Been experimenting recently on other cable variations and rep ranges too.

I am stagnating in terms of strength on skull crushers. Been stuck at like 37.5kg-42.5kg for ages. I can do weighted dips with my BW+35kg so I feel that's pretty good, but I used to be able to add 45kg like 8 years ago!

It's strange because everything is much stronger now than it used to be, apart from my triceps, biceps and legs(due to injury though)

Ahh, forgot to mention close grip bench. I don't do these because when I go heavier I just find it activates too much of my shoulders.

Typically, if you have a lagging body part I would suggest making it a priority. Your triceps may very well be pre-exhausted by the time you get to them in your workout (especially if you are now pushing around heavier weight with some of the other compound movements). What happens if you start off your workout with tris?

Also, don't be afraid to switch things up, including doing drop sets, super sets, 4|2 tempo (this is killer) etc.... with your Tris to really shake them up.

Haven't tried starting with tris. I have been thinking about switching my routine up and dedicating a day just for my arms. Might have to do that, or perhaps do more concentrated isolation work on them.

Cheers for the help bro, I will deff try something new over the next month or so!

Doing a dedicated bi/tri workout is great. I was doing this before I started PHAT, and would superset a Bi and Tri exercise. Awesome pump
