Flat barbell bench press, Military dumbbell press, Seated close grip rows(where I can utilize my lower back as well=all of my back trained. Many will probably pick bent over rows, but I feel close grip gives more lats where BOR gives more shoulderblade+rear delt activity)
... And seriously, shoulders>legs any day in my world.

I'm gonna go with squats, pull ups, dips.
deadlifts are left out because if u do squats, you'll be ok in the deadlift muscle department.
pull ups incorporate arms/shoulders/abs
dips instead of bench because your body uses more stabilization muscles on dips than bench (brb, lay on back b4 doing exercise)....
