Leggings are for women... Unless you are Kai and tracksuit bottoms almost turn into leggings. This guy however, he's just wearing women's leggings. Thats an outfit every straight male and female raises an eyebrow out when you see it in the gym.
No homophobe, I trained at a soho gym in London where I was one of only 3 straight members for an entire year, and in that gym I was the 'homo'. Gay guys can be very heterophobic just like straight guys can be homophobic, I was given dirty looks by certain members for the entirity of my workouts during my tenure there and snubbed if I tried to be friendly. I gained a lot of appreciation for what it's like to be ostracised for your sexuality it's not a nice environment to train in.
