So just ignore what the twins are saying. The video they are talking about is so weird. Is her form even legal. Her arms are too far apart, her feet are not flat on the ground and her but is off the bench for part of the lift. skip to 24 seconds.

It's legal in any fed that doesn't require the lifter to keep their feet flat or allows the spotters to rack the bar.

Wow those guys seem like idiots. Her butt seems like it says down while she is performing the lift, and it's hard to tell her hand width... I think it just looks extra wide because she is so tiny.

Hodgetwins are retarded, anything they say is invalid anyway
As for the lift. I'm not a fan of excessive arching at all, I think it stops you reaching your full potential on bench. Personally if I arch too much I lose power and the benefit of shorter ROM doesn't matter as I get weaker from the position. I also prefer feet flat or it gets a bit ridiculous in situations like this.

Those two guys have a face built for Radio.
On the topic of the lift, if it meets the rules, it's a good lift. Rules state: shoulders and butt on bench, grip width, touch chest, pause and lock out. She did all of those. The fact that she can contort herself into a knot and make the actual distance a bare minimum of a distance, is just her advantage. The Iron will never Lie to you.

The only thing that doesn't look legal is that her butt wasn't on the bench until after she had the weight unracked. Just my opinion.

If you read all the posts in this thread you would have known the answer to your question. Once again, it depends on the federation and what their rules are. Some allow heels off, others do not. For example, USAPL you have to have your feet flat. But as Bill mentioned several times, the lift is good because she competes in IPA and you are allowed to have your heels off the ground in that fed.
