That gave me an idea to not take my pre-workouts at all either, lay off stims this week since I'm also deloading. But what you are doing is just taking a week off. Not sure if you want to take off the week since you're worried about your muscle gainz. For my deload I just do 75%~ of what I normally do. Some people take off a month and go something like 60% 70% 80% 90% then back to their regular weight, but for me that is too boring so I just take a week off.

I text 5treee my progress pic. I'm sticking with my clean diet and see how it goes. If my diet is not strict enough, then I will take away few more things . I cut my high sodium intake, cut out all the soda, but keeping the diet drink. Cut off redbull, monster drink, coffe with sugar and cream, and all the sweets.

Don't fall off track bro, get back in the groove and stop making excuses.
That's one thing I need to do is cut out high sodium intake, it's so hard to do. Instead of sugar and cream use whey protein for your coffee.

Here's some motivation to get you going
I did a good pullup workout today.
bw+70 x 6reps
bw+90 x 5reps
bw+100 x 4reps
bw+115 x 3reps
bw+115 x 3reps
bw+90 x 6reps
bw+70 x 7reps
bw+45 x 10reps
then switch grip to do bw chinups, pulling to upper chest with really good form. Using moderate speed up and down, so the body barely moves except for the up and down motion.
10 reps x 5 sets
