Get on that coffee time bro!
Put me in coach, I'm ready to post...
Morning. Back aching like a mothertrucker, tried muscle confusion yesterday...
I set up two barbells for deadlifting. One had 225, the other had 275. Got all set up on one and just before I lifted it up and ran over to the other weight and pulled that instead. My back was confused and angry...now making me pay the price.

On a serious note. looking for a pair of running sneakers that aren't so dam expensive. Any suggestions?
Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.

Glad to here. Well I too am a work in process/progress. Setting up things for myself like a job transfer to a new program because I crave a new environment and new challenges. Looking forward to warm weather hiking in the woods. Usually I try to spend half a day in there on my day off with nature. It is my most natural and organic supplement
Hoping the center up the road from me opens up from renovations so I can go there for the gym. It is free and working out at home is Ok but I like all the machines and options in the gym. And I am relieved we are not likely going to go on strike at work.If you are suffering from serious medical concerns please be sure to check with your doctor.

See if any of these fit you. Sites have sales/closeouts all the time, just have to find the right size.

Sounds like fun...I remember when I used to be able to wander in the woods in the CA foothills. Beautiful sites, sounds, smells...#blackriflelivesmatter
