Just wondering if taking Scorch, AST 32x and Vaporize into japan will be all good - just a 2 week supply.

why not? i dont know if its ok by the law of japan, but i think if its ok, go for it

yeah its ok. I lived in japan for 2 years and bought my supps from BB.com with np. I also bought some supps in Hong Kong and brought them back through customs with no questions asked. you're not going to have any problems man.
If you are going to have an extended stay in Japan, bring as many supps as you can cause they are extremely expensive there. ALL OF THEM ARE EXPENSIVE.
