Breakfast- 3 egg whites, 3 whole eggs scrambled, 4oz. sausage, 1/2c cheddar cheese
Lunch- 12oz. 80/20 ground chuck, steamed broccoli.
Supper- 8oz grilled pork chop, steamed broccoli
Snacks- 1/2c raw almonds, 2 scoops whey
Totals:
Calories 2,632, 33g carbs, 174g fat, 230g protein
This is just a sample diet, I will play around with it and throw in a variety of other foods
And a little background of why I am going to try Keto.
Last March I weighed in a 377lbs. Since then I have lost 105lbs, simply by counting calories/ working out, but am still very fat for my weight/height. I have really started to slow down loosing fat and inches in the past two months so I figured it was time for a change, and I have seen were Keto can do amazing things for cutting. Goal is to cut to a much lower bf percentage, don't care about weight to much.
