I'm subbed to this Raigs. Your workouts are looking a bit like mine at the moment......working around your injuries!
Like you I find the HS machines good for benching whereas BB work aggravates my shoulder
Those UH cable pull-downs are a good way of hitting the arms/lats/chest without putting a lot of stress on the shoulders
Strong curls and triceps work!

Had PT today and they had me sweating hard. It was 72 and muggy felt gross.

I can smash the shoulders but benching does not like me at all. It does not make sense to me. But I'm takin it slow.
I get so mad at people at the gym for the way they lift. But it's not even worth talking to them. Idk have the time since in the zone. Though i do the bro a workouts since I'm not cleared to smash legs. But oh man when I can you all will be like damn the surgery was worth it :PMy “training log”

Little Mixing Review
Hyper FX- I found Mixing in a 24oz Shaker Bottle works the best gets it all mixed up. Mixing in a cup does not get it all and it foams up and might over flow 8/10
Amino-X - I mix it in a Gatorade bottle and all I have to do is flip it over once and its dissolved. I give a 10/10
Cell Mass - I have mixed it in a shaker bottle and its not that good same with a cup and spoon leaves to much in the bottom. I mix it in a Gatorade bottle and it works perfectly. 9/10My “training log”
