Myofusion probiotic issue

Hey guys, I recently switched to myofusion probiotic and I'm on my second tub. The biggest issue I'm having is that for some reason it gives me serious bloating and GI issues. It's pretty rough... does anybody have a reason why this might be happening?

its a probiotic, should be doing the oposite, but its kinda like eating too much yogart. Same feel?

And I had that problem when i got poor quality whey. It was fun tho cuz i ripped nasty ass in school. But get an isolate and that should def go away.

They have lowered the quality of the blend in the product tremendously. Also tossing in 500MILLION cfu of a product that is usually effective in the BILLIONS range is also a pretty poor standard in terms of quality. A buddy of mine who has a lactose intolerance/allergen issue loved the old formula cause it wouldnt cause any problems, he HATES the new blend.

Hmm... well I don't just get nasty gas issues I also get diarrhea and just overall bad bloat feeling. It's garbage cause it annoys me big time. I don't know what to compare it too tbh.

Have you guys experienced this?

When you have this response when starting a probiotic it's essentially proving the probiotic is having a great impact on your GI environment. Probiotics "colonize" your intestines often displacing "bad flora" which can cause some gas. Give it a week or so as it's turns over and is ultimately healthier per se.

You do understand that there are different strains of probiotics right? Different strains need different doses. The strain we use only needs 500 million CFU. In terms of quality, this one is a lot better overall and there are less "allergens" by volume in the Probiotic version.

if you aren't used to taking probiotics you will get explosive shi ts until the new good bacteria has your Gut colonized and the old bad bacteria is out. i had the same issues when i started the new Myo. it is underdosed though. i now take Gut health which may be the best probiotic i have ever taken

It's not underdosed.

is there a study to prove that BC30 is effective at 500million other than a Gaspari link? I have found varying articles saying it is effective at 500 million -2 billion. nothing has a study attatched to it

Yes. There are a few citations at the end of the article I wrote (attached to the link). The strain is validated in healthy people at 500 million CFU. Some of the higher dosing schemes 2 billion + are for diseased populations. Just as a point of record, major companies like Ganeden Labs do not make up claims. There is a wealth of research on these dosing schemes.

I've been using the probiotic formula for two weeks now and I've had nothing but ghost poops since then.

Saves money on toilet paper.

What's up with this bashing on the new myofusion probiotics?

I see nothing wrong woth the new form. I have nothing but good things to say about it.Was lucky and blessed enough to get the chance to test it out and have to say it's not that bad. I say gaspari has done a very good job producing this form of protein. By all means, i can say i am a fan of the new probiotics and will be buying several tubs of them along with the OG myo before its gets fully discontinoued.

How's your intake of artificial sweeteners and have you changed your diet at all?

I don't take in any artificial sweeteners besides what may be in the protein? My diet may of changed since I've started taking my first tub. Though before my first tub of myo pro I was taking MP Combat Powder and I had no issues at all. When I switched to the myo I started to have the issues I have now. I dont know whats up.
