Don't freak out! I have the same thing! I've had it my whole life. I started doing a lot of chest work and its a lot less noticeable now. Actually, it might kinda help make my chest look a little better. It will do the same for you, just lose some BF and get the chest nice and big and tight. Bench press, dumbbell bench, flies, push ups, etc. Also work in those abs a lot. The most important thing to make it less noticeable is a flat stomach and big tight pecs. Imagine a big fat gut and some man titties, then it would look like a damn cave. Do the opposite by flattening it all out and shaping the muscles around it. I am not big at all, and am nowhere near where I want to be yet muscle wise, but just showing how its not as bad as you think. Mine is definitely less noticeable than it was before I started lifting.

    Max bench: 265lbs x 10 @ 180lbs body-weight
    Max pull ups: 50 non-stop @ 175lbs body-weight

    Progress:
    2/28/12----174lbs ~13% BF
    3/21/12----179lbs ~13% BF
    6/08/12----175lbs ~10% BF
    2/26/13----186lbs ~14% BF

    Goal: 190 lbs & shredded

i have the same condition mate. And did the same thing you did. really worked for me also.

Btw OP just keep working out on that chest, don't think of it too much. And try to do a lot of weighted ab work, as i find it helps my abs become more visible, especially since i got a little of flared ribs. I do have to say my pe isnt as bad as many out there, cause ill be able to full cover it out soon.

THE BEST EXERCISES TO DO FOR PE is to do straight armed overhead dumbell exercises. So lay flat on the bench and just reach back holding the weight with straight arms behind your head, low as possible, and then keep your arms straight work your way back up till its above your chest-neck area, squeezing at the end. really works well, what it does is that it pushes your ribs out a little bit, i researched heavily on exercises that help, this is one that i do every other day, its also good when trying to trick my muscles so i don't get used to just my chest workout once a week sort of scenario.

anyway good luck brah, hope i helped.
