I put my faith in the people, but the people let me down, so I turned the other way I carried on anyhow.

what? well that's ok...but waaaaay too all-encompassing..
I prefer to have the reasons listed out..
hmmm let me think..
women are wonderful creatures cause
1) when you fall down or have a bad day they give
kisses and hugs and put band-aids on your boo-boos..
2) they take something that is rather ugly like toenails and turn them pretty shades of pink or red.
3)they wear intoxicating scents in intriguing places
4)they buy you little things just cause they saw it and thought of you
5) when you say I have had a rough day and just want to rant/rave about it..they let you
and somehow understand that you need to do this
6) they remind you of your children's, siblings, parents, birthdays and anniversaries
7)they feed all the pets so they dont die
8)they menu plan and shop and feed all the kids so they dont die too
9)they wrap things in pretty paper with shiny bows
10) even grown up women still see the magic in a pretty party dress that twirls when you spin aroundLast edited by latebloomingmom; 03-08-2012 at 09:32 AM.

He is the reason I will be going to see GI Joe in the movies by myself since no one else in my house wants to see it.

What!? You live in a house full of boys. How is it that none of them want to see GI Joe? Jack and Doug will be all about it.

This.
I am getting sick of this whole Kony 2012 business. And I just heard about it yesterday.
I don't understand why people are SO focused on the charities involved. I mean, I get it, but why can't people see the bigger picture instead of nitpicking stupid shiit.
I need to stay the fuk out of the whole thing.
On another note - I have a $30 credit, a $25 credit and a 15% off card for Canvas Pop - I'd LOVE to use them but we just ordered 2 canvases. If anyone is interested, I'm happy to pass on the savings!DAYUM!!!

I live in a house full of weird boys. I was the only one excited about Transformers, too. Kevin redeems himself by being into Batman and Mike redeems himself by being into Harry Potter. Bill is in a class by himself.

Supposedly if you turn to page 45 of the nearest book, the first sentence will describe your sex life for 2012. Mine is, "The major points of distinction between all the various brands of partnering we have discussed are the degree of guidance or scaffolding provided to students and the breadth of the guiding questions."
My sex life in 2012 is going to be:
1) long-winded
2) on a ledge (scaffolding)
3) confusing - why are students involved?Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

I think I have cramps right now, but I'm not sure. I haven't had cramps in years (I'm on Seasonique, so I barely get my period and rarely ever get the symptoms). I thought it was a stomach ache, but now I don't know. I feel funny!

We downsized our office space this year and they have been re-working how the offices/cubes are laid out. They are wrapping up a big chunk of the work (thank God - the drills going off under my feet was annoying) and now are getting ready to mass move over 100 people at once. So, they are bringing in these big bins for people to put their stuff in. You can barely walk down the halls. It's annoying. I suspect that moving day will be loud and annoying, too. I might ask to work from home since I'm not moving, but people around me are.

I think it means you'll be using a lot of sex toys.
Fun!
Just to clarify, it's totally possible to have your period while pregnant.
Ick. Last week construction workers were adding new gutters and roof. I swear they were outside my window watching me for hours. It was odd. And noisy. And odd.
I'm leaving early. Chiropractor's appointment! I need it.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1
