Nice work man and your wife too!!! I love how she has the total exhausted newborn eyes in the first pic and total clarity in the second. I have a three year old and remember those eyes.

I started in mid Jan 2012 and weighed in at 387 pounds. Standing 6'4" and just all around nasty. I'm 37 years old and have tried and failed many times on losing weight. This is my last time trying, if I fail then I'm done. I got in an excellent support group which helps a ton. I don't feel alone any more in this battle.. I started with power 90 and turbo jam and since then switched power 90 for p90x. In about 7 weeks I have dropped 53 pounds. Today I'm weighing in at 333. I'm pretty stoked and can't wait to post pics. I can't remember ever being under 300 and now I'm do damn close I can taste it!! And it tastes a hell of a lot better than pizza!

stay focused brotha and dont give in this time. come to this thread on a daily basis for motivation n kick the crap outta the fat u wanna get rid of on ur body...good luck with ur journey

Great work to everyone. This saturday I actually hit 201lbs. My goal was to hit 200 by end of feb but it didn't happen. So my goal for this month is to be 195lb. Thanks to this thread I keep pushing. I can't wait to post pics from start to finish. I've been at this from aug 11' where starting weight was 256-60lb.

Started my cut 9 weeks ago went from 218 to about 199 as of yesterday will continue until I get as lean as I want but it will probably end up being around another 9 weeks and Ill end up around 180-182. I gotta get my posts up so I can post progressions pictures when I am done.

My weight loss. currently platued at around 158lbs with 13-14%. been stuck for a year now at this BF. gained a lil fat/muscle after short 3 month bulk shortly after end pic
