just gonna have to get used to the new weight I guess.
Earlier today there was a thread talking about miscers leg press stats/e-stats(too lazy to look for the link). They were saying that it's bad to go full range knees to the chest. What's your leg press range ? because I've been doing them to my chest, but don't feel any discomfort.
btw how your legs treatin' ya ? any new pics of them ?Still Small

Generally when you leg press you don't actually keep your legs completely straight on the eccentric and let them naturally come out to the side a bit (similar to pushing knees out on a squat). Feels a lot better been doing that recently as opposed to straight to the chest/stomach

Rep out one leg, then switch. If I remember I'll start with the other leg during the next workout.
You, are on your way.
Calf vascularity is another thing that trips the general public out.
Lunges, sprints, leg press, leg extensions...
You can definitely work around squats and not deadlifting is less of an issue.
Legs to chest ain't happening for me. I can't ever remember doing them like that. I get depth, but nothing that takes my hip/ass off the padding. Plus your legs are gonna flare out. Flaring out and going extra deep is gonna put a beating on your TFL area. I like to keep it all quad.Dillon you sob, C.I.A. got you pushing too many pencils? I see what you mean, will try and see how that feels.
My legs have been getting wider, especially my TFL. I don't mind it TBH, but I'm gonna shorten up my range. Usually I'd keep a shoulder width stance, low on the platform to try and isolate the quads more. I'm about to get a big ego boost then since I'll be able to add more weight since the range will be shorter. phuuckk yeah!!Still Small

Right ham/IT band are killing me. Chicks don't mind massaging it (compared to my traps) since it's, "fun". But they aren't doing a good enough job, gonna have to get some professional sessions.
I'll see about pics or maybe a video.
Shoulders - 10-12
Chest - 8-12
Quads - 9-12, Hams - 4-6, Calves - 8-9
Back - 12
Rest is usually minimum time till I'm recovered enough to hit target reps.
not in a while
Stiff leg Deads. Mine got like that from doing Conventional Deadlift like Stiff Leg.

Lmao almost lost my life choking on my beer when I seen that pic.
I haven't had a chest workout in 5 weeks due to a strain on my left pec major. Weird thing is that the pain came when I was doing weighted pull-ups 2 days after maxxing out on flat bench. I've been hitting shoulders and back no problem, but as soon as I do a couple sets of pullups, I feel the pain in my pec. I'm planning on going in today and have a light chest workout to see how it holds up.
I also banged up my leg earlier this week. Have my left knee and ankle wrapped up at the moment walking around like a retarded penguin. Leg should be back up and running by early next week. Will then post some leg progress pics for you to critique.Still Small

Cheers for the answer brah.
Can you post up a few numbers for me? I'm just curious as to what your strength levels are. You've become my new standard.
Bench, lateral raise, db shoulder press would help me out alot. What would be a working set level weight for those three? If they ever tell my story let them say that I walked with giants. Men rise and fall like the winter wheat, but these names will live forever. Let them say I lived in the time of Chestbrah, prince of the shredders. Let them say I lived in the time of Zyzz.

Always looked and acted above my age. 14, visiting my cousin (I think my first progress pic was taken during this trip). We head over to his friend's house to do some drinking. The chick is 23-24, her visiting sister is about 28.
We've chilling with the younger sister before, so already had the "you look older" conversation. First time meeting the other sister so we get into it. She then asks if I'm a virgin. Told her yes, which was true. Tried sexual intercourse previously, poor chick kept screaming and getting teary eyed.
That experience added to my hatred for girls around my age. But anyway, this ****phile broad got a sparkle in her eyes when she heard virgin. She comes at a bro, "Mmm, I bet you wouldn't last 5 minutes". I bet her ass $20 I'd last 3x as long with ease.
14 years old and I get paid $20 to receive a bj from a chick 14 years my senior, who was apparently soon to be engaged. Or was she already married? Dun matter, minor details.
Personally I think it's too boring and impractical to do year round.
Train solo (no spotters), in typical gyms (no fancy PL tools and equipment) while rarely being in a state where my body is setup to take full advantage of strength training (something is always tight).
I'd use powerlifting for strength not physique improvement.
I gotta brace myself for shooting pain on the right side whenever I sneeze.

soon
Just like critiquing women, the problem will be finding photo examples. More so than the women since miscers are superb at taking E-stat photos.
No problem man. But how exactly did it do that?

I am currently 5 10 164 about 14-16 percent bodyfat. I really don't want to cut because I've been making good gains bulking, however I really can't stand the fat as I was used to always being 10 percent before. I also thing that if I were to cut now I'd look skinny again (Reason I started lifting) IS there any possiblity that I can body recomp, keep this weight and lose bodyfat while building muscle (will be hard cus im at college). Or should I bulk for now and cut in the summer (even though I'll look like a skinny *******).
also
do you think that my 5 day split is effective or a 3 or 4 day split will be better?
ex. Mon. Chest
Tue. Back
Wed Shoulders
Thurs. Legs
Fri. Arms
every excercise is 3x8-12 till failure unless its legs then I do a bit more
Thanks brah appreciate any wisdom you have on this matter.
