How do you like your eggs?

Everyone loves eggs! But how do people cook their eggs? I noticed on someones website that they microwave their eggs in the morning? Is this bad for you?
Most mornings I just scramble 4 or 5 egg whites with 2 whole eggs, with a bit of chili and veges.
How do you cook your eggs?

I think it just depends on how long you cook them for, just then for lunch I tried microwaving them for 2 minutes. They were basically cooked through, but were still a little slimey in the middle. Nothing a little bit of bread doesn't soak up but haha

Let me guess you throw out your yolks too because they make you fat? What is so tasty about melted rubber?

On the rare occasions I microwave eggs, I always scramble them (otherwise yolks will eggsplode). First, I'll season as wanted (and add onions/mushrooms if I have them on hand). Then, I'll microwave them for a minute. Stir, microwave another minute, stir. And so on until they are done. This will vary based on how many eggs you are doing at once. And if you have too many eggs and attempt to nuke them all in one spin, it still might eggsplode without it even fully cooking through. Remember that microwaves heat up the outer edges of things first and that residual heat is transferred in. That is the reason for the multiple stirrings. If you nuke it all at once, by the time the center is done, the outer edges are overcooked. And conversely, by the time the outer edge is done, the inner part is undercooked.

How do I like my eggs?

Follow that question up with: Fertile.

Haha jokes, but it's a good laugh (or awkward as hell) when you say it at a diner or breakfast joint. If I cook eggs at home, I like them over-easy.

haha no i just buy egg whites in carton, the reason i use fat free cheese is because i use it almost every time i make eggs (which is around 4-5 times a day) and i get my fats from other sources.

While also guilty of once buying FF cheese....i must say it tastes disgusting. I will stick to regular good old aged cheese next time 'round!

Scrambled, omelet, over medium. The only three ways I eat them.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)

It's a hater's job to hate. So let them hate...

Speaking of fertilized eggs, I was in TJ the other day and saw some eggs that said that they were "Fertile." Wa?

Eat eggs erryday. Depending on the diet, I either do whites or whole (prefer whole, but whatevs) and I do a few combinations

*frozen peppers from tj with cherry tomatoes, deli meat, Ms Dash Fiesta Lime, chipotle tobasco and cheese (sometimes fat free, sometimes pepperjack)
*eggplant, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach or arugula, white pepper, oregano, basil/rosemary, deli meat/leftover chicken and cheese.
*brussel sprouts, meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, whateer spices appeal to me.
