    Guess my bodyfat %

    I'm still learning how to judge BF%, so it would really help me out if you could estimate how much I have. Thanks!

    I'd say about 14-15% man.

    I'm 5' 10" and weigh 160. So at 15% bodyfat, should I cut down to 10% and then bulk?

    Dont do any cutting. People always do that, and you know what that will do?? It will make you lose your fat and then youll begin your bulk and gain all your fat back. So, take my advice and just do some clean bulking for a while and gain some muscle. your body will eat up your fat. So go and gain lean mass.
