Hi, I have posted a couple times, I use Shred Matrix and the weight practically falls off. I have a huge deficit, so I don't recommend it to anyone. It's was just time for a change. I wish I had pictures when I started, I'll try to post a few within a few days.

My weigh in for today is 191.8 went up about 2lbs from last week. putting in work today though!

after 2 days of **** eating, which i didnt count calories, i'm surprised that i lost any weight at all.
Valentines day i took my gf/kid out to a restaurant that was on "Man vs Food" and got this thing called the pirate king
Deep Fried Chicken, on a fried sour dough bun, with peanut butter, fluff, ghost pepper jelly, jalapenos, jack cheese, a huge side order of sweet potato fries, and 2 regular iced teas
Damn this was a treat! My toilet felt it though that entire night and all of the next day at work haha
Yesterday was part 2 of my Valentines Day gift/binge to myself and my GF. I took her 2 states over to go to "Cracker Barrel", our favorite breakfast spot in the world.
Got a huge meal
3 Pecan Pancakes, 2 Over Easy Eggs, a slice of bacon, a sausage patty, a slice of honey cured ham, side order of grits, a biscuit with gravey, fried apples, and a thing of potatoes.
For dinner yesterday i got Fridays with her as we had a gift card, and since breaking diet anyway, i said eff it, eat like crap for the whole day and have it be my last cheat meal/day until May (cinco de mayo i will break again)
Got an appatizer trio to share with her, Pot Stickers, Garlic Parm boneless wings, and fried green beans
Dinner i got a thing of their pasta with lemon sauce, artichoke hearts, peas, and chicken, along with a side salad that had avacado, chips, cheese, and dressing on it.
again, my stomach was dead, and killed the toilet 3x at the gym, but still got through my session (even though it took me an extra 45 mins =P)
so here it is, my weigh in

Feel really depressed about weight lose. I need help/comments/suggestion with my diet and exercise.
My diet-
6am- preworkout (1/2 scoop Assault + 1 scoop BCAA)
7:30am- postworkout (2 scoop ON whey protein), 1 cup coffee + 2 tbs creamer (80 calorie), Fish oil, multivitamin
11:30am- 1 bowel Steam Green Vegetable + 1 tbs olive oil + 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 scoop ON whey + 1 scoop ON Casein Protein
3:30 pm - 2 tbs almond butter
6:30 pm - 1 bowel Steam Green Vegetable + 1 tbs olive oil + 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 scoop ON whey + 1 scoop ON Casein Protein, Fish oil + multivitamin
before going to bed- zma
I am Vegetarian so meat is not an option. I workout with weights and cardio
My Workout- Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat - Warm up 15 min elliptical.
Mon- Chest, Tri
Tues-Cardio 30 min
Wed- Back, Biceps
Thur- Cardio 30 min
Fri- Shoulder, Arms
Sat- Legs

it probably also helped that @ work this week, it was a lot harder work then usual, in a room that was like 85 at all times so i was constantly sweating, and knowing that i would have 2 cheat days, the other 5 days in the week i kept it at around 1300 cals extremely clean, and hit the gym hard. its not like i'm sitting around, eating ****, and not busting hump. i also flushed my system out with about 2 gallons of water each of the cheat days, and probably took a total of 8 dumps those 2 days lol
