as you know, i weigh close to 190 and i consume around 4500-5000 cals a day, but i was wondering if this is enough for someone who has a super-fast metabolism. I don't do any cardio, so how many cals a day do you think i actually burn? i train 5 days a week...

I think when your bulking, you can never get TOO much calories ..........
i weigh allmost 160, and i just started body building so it will increase allot in a couple of months , but right now trying to eat as much as i can taking down meals every 2-3 hours .....
i get about 4000 - 4500 calories a dayBlah....fill it in later..
