    Workout on keto

Quick question, would ripptoe's SS program be good to do on a keto diet? I'm stuck between this and the full body I've been doing from the TNT diet book

ripptoe's SS program sounds like a great choice to me .... and by keto you do mean 60/35/5 CKD or TKD right?

full body's pretty good if you're doing it UD2.0 style to deplete glycogen fully by the end of the week.

Yes but I'm struggling with deciding to continue CKD or do TKD

I do SL 5x5 on Keto which is a bit more stressful on the body than SS so you should be fine.

If you are like me though, your weight loss will stall but you'll still be losing bf% and gaining muscle. Nothing wrong with that though.

You shouldn't be doing HIT under ketosis unless you are referring to depletion workouts.

Meh. It's not that big a deal. Just eat for it.
